Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime as needed during peak production season

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of production equipment.
• Organize, sort, and prepare materials for processing and mailing.
• Perform manual assembly tasks including collating, folding, inserting, labeling, and packaging printed materials.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Supply machines with materials and remove finished products.
• Monitor equipment and notify supervisors of any production issues.
• Help maintain inventory of production supplies and materials.
• Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes to expand your skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
