About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude. This is a seasonal position with 12-hour peak shifts, following a rotating schedule that includes working four shifts one week and three shifts the following week. This schedule allows for two long weekends off per month.
Requirements
- Experience with operating machinery a plus.
- Must be able to assess operation of machinery in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be fluent in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Performing good operation of Bagger machine in a safe manner.
- Load roll of laminate and thread into the Bagger machine.
- Troubleshoot any problems that may occur when operating the Bagger.
- Checking the performance of the Bagger regularly.
- Make sure all product exiting the Bagger is bagged and labeled properly.
- Monitoring the maintenance of the Bagger machine.
- Replace Teflon Tape when needed.
- Ability to train others to operate Bagger Machine.
