Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, blueprints, and drawings (English)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to produce commercial air handling units.
- Assemble components to build high-quality commercial air handling units.
- Ensure attention to detail and commitment to quality in all tasks.
- Read and interpret safety rules, procedures, blueprints, and drawings.
- Collaborate with team members in a supportive, safety-focused environment.
