About The Position

This role operates roll formers, coil slitters, and flat sheet shears to produce quality metal roofing and wall panels. Training will occur on 1st Shift (6:00AM - 2:00PM), but the primary shift for this role is 2nd Shift (2:00PM - 12:00AM, Monday - Thursday).

Requirements

Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to work independently and with others.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

Safely operating roll formers, coil slitters, and flat sheet shears.
Operating a slitter.
Checking and visually inspecting produced trims against specifications to ensure a defect-free product.
Entering production quantities for each order into the computer system.
Operating a forklift for moving skids of stock trims/metal coils.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Assisting in other departments as needed.
