Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates. No prior manufacturing experience is required — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be in current position for a minimum of one (1) year
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
• Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
