About The Position
This role involves operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of Rockwell Automation products. The Machine Operator will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions to perform production tasks, checking and inspecting operations against predetermined tolerances. This is a 1st Shift role, working Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, onsite in Ladysmith, WI.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3 years of related experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret prints, work instructions, and 3D models.
- Operate presses, automated equipment, and metal-fabrication equipment.
- Perform documented visual and dimensional inspections.
- Follow established process parameters for equipment usage.
- Suggest improvements and help create documented work instructions and process parameters.
- Use proper safety equipment and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform basic computer functions.
- Basic programming and troubleshooting abilities.
