About The Position

This role involves the safe operation of Mold Release Filling Equipment and requires the ability to use a computer for printing labels. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and organizing their work area, checking product quality (lid fit, box compatibility, skid packaging), and accurately following job ticket instructions. This position also involves assisting other team members and temporary personnel, adhering to housekeeping standards, and performing other duties as assigned. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment. The ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and operate a forklift safely is also necessary. The work environment requires standing for most of the workday and may involve exposure to heat, cold, or controlled chemicals.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
One year related manufacturing experience preferred.
Computer proficiency within Windows based environment.
Reliable and timely attendance required.
Ability to work required overtime as needed.
Able to stand to perform duties a majority of the work day aside from designated breaks and lunch.
Able to work for long periods of time in an environment with exposure to heat, cold, or controlled chemicals.

Nice To Haves

Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) is a plus.
