Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Verifiable Dependability and Energetic
- Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns
- Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices
- A combination of education and experience may be qualifying
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
- Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed
Responsibilities
- Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities
- Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections.
- Assist co-workers and customers
- Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
- Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies.
- Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
- Assist with inventory control and material tracking when necessary.
- Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment
- Follow all OSHA, company safety, and quality procedures at all times.
