Machine Operator 1
About The Position
As our Machine Operator 1, you will operate the machine and lead the overall product outcome associated with the machine. You will ensure that product is produced to customer requirements and that machines are running at the best possible speed without sacrificing safety or quality. You will verify and communicate both product standards and work standards to execute production. This role also involves participating in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work center's performance, working in a team environment, and cross-training with others. You will receive training to help advance your career.
Requirements
- Previous machine experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with computer applications
- Ability to work in teams or alone
- Ability to motivate other team members
