About The Position

Operates and monitors machinery and equipment used in manufacturing or production processes. This role requires individuals to follow safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain efficiency in operations.

Requirements

Basic computer skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships in a team-oriented environment
Open to receiving guidance, feedback, and constructive instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to processes and standards
Capable of safely operating and handling light to medium machinery with a focus on precision and adherence to safety protocols
Work on-site
Must be at least 18 years old
Work scheduled hours
Wear PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, ear plugs, gloves, etc.

Responsibilities

Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions
Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards
Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures
Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department
Build productive relationships and contribute to team success
Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision
Train team members when directed by supervisors
