About The Position
Mersen is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to perform production preparation and operations in accordance with manufacturing standards. The role includes conducting checks, applying defined reaction methods, recording required information, reporting dangerous situations, and carrying out first-level maintenance such as workstation cleaning. Performance is assessed using quality, productivity, audit-compliance, safety-reporting, and preventive-maintenance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Prepare production, including tool components, in accordance with manufacturing standards.
- Carry out production operations.
- Perform checks and apply defined reaction methods in accordance with instructions.
- Make required recordings.
- Detect and report dangerous situations.
- Carry out first-level maintenance, including cleaning the workstation.
