About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices.
• Familiarity with using diagnostic tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Vocational training or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and training to machine operators to enhance their understanding of equipment functionality.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and practices.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize production downtime.
