Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Experience working with 480V three-phase power.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and LOTO.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Injection molding maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining industrial robots (Fanuc, Engel, Haitian, Arburg, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain injection molding machines, robots, dryers, conveyors, granulators, chillers, and related equipment.
• Repair and maintain 480V three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and VFDs.
• Perform general building maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other facility repairs.
• Assist with equipment installations and plant improvement projects.
• Follow all OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and PPE requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
