About The Position

Caterpillar is hiring a Machine Loader to provide fabrication support by loading robots and/or machining centers and maintaining a clean work area. The role involves positioning heavy metal fabrication components in holding fixtures with lifting devices and assisting machinists or welders with certain processes. The position is located in Sanford, North Carolina, and is hourly, third shift. The schedule runs Sunday night through Friday morning, 10:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.; overtime may be required as business needs require. Starting wage is $20.20 per hour, with an 8% third-shift premium. The stated summary pay range is $20.20–$25.25 per hour. No relocation benefits are available.

Requirements

Experience with overhead hoists or overhead cranes.
Willingness and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
