About The Position

ADP Technology Services, Inc. is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer in Alpharetta, Georgia. The role works with computer scientists, data scientists, and machine learning engineers to develop innovative ADP products and analytical insights that help payroll practitioners and supervisors make data-driven business decisions. The engineer will build and deploy generative AI solutions and machine learning models to address real-world business problems, and contribute to ADP’s AI-driven Agentic Platform, ADP Assist, including its machine-learning and AI components, MCP servers, and databases. The role also supports performance improvements and digital transformation of ADP services.

The position calls for an enthusiastic, curious, persistent, and hands-on learner who can adapt to changing technologies, solve problems, deliver polished results, and collaborate with colleagues. The engineer will share knowledge, work across teams and departments, and communicate initiatives and milestones to senior leaders, product owners, and peers. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least two years of related experience.
• At least two years of experience with Python; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Version Control; Problem Solving; Text and Data Mining (TDM); Optimization; GLM/Regression; Decision Trees; Random Forests; Deep Learning; Scikit-learn; Probabilistic Inference; Recommendation Systems; Natural Language Processing (NLP); Knowledge Graphs; Ontologies; Graph Databases; AWS technologies; Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Quality Assurance and Testing; Fine-tuning; and Semantic Search.

Responsibilities

• Work with computer scientists, data scientists, and machine learning engineers to build the next generation of ADP products.
• Build analytical insights that enable payroll practitioners and supervisors to make data-driven decisions supporting business goals.
• Build and deploy generative AI solutions and machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Build ADP’s AI-driven Agentic Platform, ADP Assist, and associated machine-learning and AI components, including MCP servers and databases.
• Drive performance improvement and digital transformation of ADP services.
• Collaborate with associates to share ideas and learning, and contribute to team productivity.
• Present to senior leaders, product owners, and peers, including communicating milestone achievements at an executive level.
• Identify challenges and potential issues, find solutions, and deliver polished work.
