About The Position

The Machine Builder is responsible for constructing and assembling machinery to meet production standards and operational needs. This role is essential for ensuring that machines are accurately built, function efficiently, and comply with safety guidelines, supporting the overall productivity and success of the company. Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly components according to blueprints and technical drawings. Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precise assembly. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues during the assembly and installation process. Collaboration: Work with engineering and design teams to refine machine designs and improve functionality. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs to machinery. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assembly processes and update technical manuals. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with machine assembly.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Builder or in a similar role.
