Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience assembling complex mechanical equipment or machinery
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10–15%
Ownership mentality and desire to continuously learn and grow

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for custom automation equipment
Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly documentation
Plan and execute the build of complex machine assemblies
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and automation-related issues
Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and fellow builders to meet project goals
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Manage time effectively to support project schedules and deadlines
Travel up to 10–15% to support machine installation and startup activities
