About The Position

The mission of the Assembly Technician is to contribute to Perfecto’s operational excellence by building mechanical systems and subassemblies with precision, care, and efficiency. This role is accountable for assembling components per engineering specifications, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting on-time delivery to customers. The Assembly Technician will work collaboratively across departments and actively uphold Perfecto’s Core Values: Customer Experience, Integrity, Learning, and Stewardship.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Basic knowledge of wiring, controls, and electrical panels.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and plumbing of industrial systems.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, torque wrenches, power tools, and shop equipment.
Familiar with rigging, hoists, and safe handling of large assemblies.
Ability to work independently to resolve fit, alignment, or function challenges.
Proficient with measuring instruments.
Ability to achieve and verify tight tolerances during assembly.
