Tri-Mation Industries is currently expanding our Standard Product division and is seeking multiple Machine Assemblers to join our team. We are looking for professionals who have gained valuable experience in the region's large-scale manufacturing environments-including the medical, industrial equipment, and material handling sectors-and are ready to apply those world-class standards in a specialized, high-growth setting. Requirements

• A strong grasp of mechanical tools, fasteners, and assembly techniques.
• Previous experience in a structured manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, or industrial conveyor systems) is highly preferred.
• A proactive, reliable, and collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated skills as an active team player to support, accept responsibility and collaborate with the team.
• Effective skills in interpersonal communication, problem solving, critical thinking, empathy, relationship building.
• Coaching and training, persuasion and decision making.
• Use of independent judgment, creativity, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to build complex components and sub-assemblies.
• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure exact placement, alignment, and fastening of parts.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, valves, and mechanical controls.
• Conduct self-inspections and functional tests to ensure all equipment operates according to customer requirements.
• Partner with a team of 50+ experts to meet production targets and continuously improve assembly workflows.
