About The Position
Cenveo is hiring an experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule $24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (3rd shift) 3rd shift: $1/hr / 11pm - 7am Training on 1st shift: 7am - 3pm Schedule is Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
- Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable
Responsibilities
- Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
- Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
- Inspect product quality and minimize waste
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
- Install paper, glue systems, tooling, and other requirements
