About The Position

The Maître d’ will oversee the Host Stand operations at Peacock Alley. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and directly supervises the Host/Hostess team. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience, strong guest services skills, and a passion for creating personalized experiences for guests. Knowledge of Forbes standards and at least 1-2 years of experience in fine dining are preferred.
