About The Position

The MA Therapist - Reg Intern at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients under supervision. The role involves utilizing various therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals, while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Completion of a supervised internship in a clinical setting as part of the educational program.
Experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all professional interactions.
Proficient in documentation and record-keeping to ensure accurate client files.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities
