About The Position

Whether you're delivering training to executive teams, running hands-on workshops with end users or creating engaging learning content, you'll know how to make complex topics simple, relevant and practical. Requirements

  • Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Copilot or Power Platform training in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience creating engaging training content and learning materials.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Experience supporting user adoption and organisational change initiatives.
  • Ability to identify training needs and create targeted learning plans that address skills gaps and business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
  • Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Copilot and/or Power Platform.
  • Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, data security and Responsible AI principles.
  • Experience designing scalable learning programmes and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI and Power Platform training sessions both virtually and in person.
  • Conduct end-to-end training programmes, ensuring content is engaging, practical and aligned to participant needs.
  • Deliver training across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Loop, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
  • Demonstrate how the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem works together to enable communication, collaboration, automation and productivity.
  • Adapt training styles and delivery methods to suit different audience types, learning preferences and organisational requirements.
  • Create, develop and maintain engaging training materials, presentations, guides, workshops and learning pathways.
  • Build evergreen, catalogue-ready content that can be delivered across multiple client engagements.
  • Collaborate with consultants, change managers and client stakeholders to tailor learning experiences to specific business requirements.
  • Embed governance, security, compliance and Responsible AI practices into all training programmes.
  • Stay ahead of Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI, Copilot and Power Platform landscape.
  • Continuously update training content to reflect the latest features, best practices and capabilities.
  • Help organisations drive user adoption by demonstrating practical use cases and real-world business scenarios.
  • Showcase how AI, automation and low-code technologies can improve productivity and transform day-to-day ways of working.
  • Provide post-training support and guidance to users and stakeholders.
  • Respond to user queries and support adoption challenges.
  • Gather participant feedback and learning insights to continually improve training experiences.
  • Identify skills gaps and recommend learning pathways to support ongoing development.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform adoption and change programmes.
  • Work alongside client stakeholders to encourage successful behavioural change and technology adoption.
  • Promote best practices around governance, data security and Responsible AI.
  • Ensure users feel confident and supported throughout their adoption journey.
