About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an M365 Support Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution. This role involves providing advanced support and administration for Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and Adobe enterprise solutions. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services, supporting end users, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of collaboration platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience supporting Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Adobe Enterprise licensing environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, authentication methods, and Active Directory/Entra ID integration.
  • Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Experience with monitoring and reporting tools used in enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, DNS, and security best practices.
  • Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure enterprise environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments and Microsoft 365 migrations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), and related collaboration technologies.
  • Administer and support Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe enterprise licensing environments.
  • Execute processes supporting IT infrastructure and services to ensure business requirements are met within established SLAs.
  • Manage service requests, incidents, changes, and problem resolution activities for Microsoft 365 and Adobe environments.
  • Monitor, measure, report, and review application and service performance to ensure availability, capacity, and reliability meet business demands.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Adobe applications across enterprise environments.
  • Support Microsoft 365 identity and access management processes, including user provisioning, licensing, authentication, and conditional access.
  • Assist with Microsoft Teams administration, meetings, voice, messaging, and collaboration support.
  • Participate in system maintenance, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and Adobe-related issues.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations, including occasional nights and weekends.
