About The Position
As an M365 Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365 solutions across the enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and user-centric digital workplace experiences. The role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive innovation and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 architecture.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Haves
- A Master’s degree.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-600, SC-300, or AZ-500.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to mentor junior architects and engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Develop roadmaps and strategies for Microsoft 365 adoption, integration, and optimization.
- Ensure alignment with digital transformation goals and security standards.
- Establish governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 usage, data retention, and access control.
- Collaborate with Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence, including GDPR and HIPAA.
- Lead Microsoft 365-related projects, migrations, and upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering and support teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide escalation support.
- Partner with business units to understand requirements and deliver tailored Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Promote user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and integrations.
