About The Position

The individual will support the planning, governance, and execution of cross-functional integration or divestment activities, enabling Day 1 readiness, synergy realization, value capture, and successful delivery of transaction outcomes. They will work closely with senior leadership across Corporate Development, Business Groups, and enabling functions through structured IMO/DMO processes. This role is ideal for an emerging professional who wants to accelerate their development in complex corporate transactions.

Requirements

• Experience in planning, governance, and execution of cross-functional integration or divestment activities.
• Ability to enable Day 1 readiness, synergy realization, value capture, and successful delivery of transaction outcomes.
• Experience working with senior leadership across Corporate Development, Business Groups, and enabling functions.
• Familiarity with structured IMO/DMO processes.
