About The Position

As our M&A Technology Integrations Specialist, you will help bring those pieces together. You will support technology integration projects from early planning through onsite implementation, helping newly joined team members transition to Savant’s systems with clarity, care, and confidence. This is not a traditional help desk position or a deeply technical engineering role. It is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, takes pride in exceptional service, and wants to build experience in project coordination. You will work alongside experienced integration and technology professionals, follow established procedures and checklists, and receive training to grow your knowledge over time. In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas: Create a welcoming technology experience Help new employees get ready for their first days with Savant by gathering information, creating accounts, configuring system access, and supporting software rollouts. Provide friendly, hands-on training and support to employees throughout the integration process. Monitor help desk requests from newly joined team members, resolve routine issues, and connect employees with the appropriate technology resource when additional expertise is needed. Assist with mobile-device setup, printer deployment, and basic technical troubleshooting. Keep employees informed, set clear expectations, and take ownership of requests through resolution. Keep important integration work moving Track assigned tasks, milestones, schedules, and outstanding action items. Maintain accurate project plans, trackers, system records, procedures, and checklists. Gather information from legacy technology environments to support transition planning. Help coordinate vendor transitions and follow up on outstanding activities. Communicate progress clearly so the team understands what has been completed, what is still needed, and where support may be required. Support onsite technology cutovers Coordinate the ordering, staging, preparation, and shipping of technology equipment. Install or supervise the installation of computers and peripherals. Assist with networking equipment, endpoint connectivity, conference-room technology, printers, and testing. Help ensure Savant’s technology standards, change-control requirements, and documented processes are followed. Travel to newly joined locations to support onsite technology transitions, which may occasionally require evening or weekend work.

Requirements

  • An interest in technology, project coordination, or both.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and occasionally work outside standard business hours.
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and evidence of automobile insurance.
  • An associate’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • Two or more years of related technology or project coordination experience is also preferred.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Experience in help desk support, technical support, IT coordination, technology operations, project coordination, implementation, employee onboarding, or another process-driven service role could translate well to this opportunity.

  • A CAPM or similar certification may be helpful.
