About The Position

Hightower is seeking a Project Manager to join their Merger and Acquisition Integration team. This role is responsible for making the integration of newly acquired businesses as seamless and minimally disruptive as possible through solid project management, communications, and change management. The Project Manager will oversee the entire deal lifecycle from Operational Due Diligence to post-conversion transition to Business as Usual.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Technology.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology acquisition and integration.
Proven ability in relationship management within engagement management, customer service, or end-user support.
Hands-on experience with transition projects across infrastructure, services, and software.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service.
U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

Project Management throughout the deal lifecycle from Operational Due Diligence to post-conversion transition to Business as Usual
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute IT integration strategies for merging or acquiring organizations.
Coordinate and track the implementation of IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall M&A goals and timelines.
Identify potential risks and issues related to IT integration and proactively develop mitigation plans.
Act as a liaison between IT teams, business units, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
