About The Position

Lawhive is hiring its first M&A Integration Lead to own end-to-end integration of new partner law firms across the US. The role oversees operational integration and product migration, including bringing teams and processes onto Lawhive’s operating model, replacing legacy practice management systems, and migrating data and workflows. The Lead will work with the M&A Team and colleagues in Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, and Operations to guide each firm from initial planning through go-live. Beyond individual integrations, the Lead will develop repeatable processes and playbooks to make future integrations faster, smoother, and more scalable, using AI and automation to reduce manual work. The position includes regular onsite work with partner firms to understand their operations and support adoption of Lawhive’s platform. The role will also help establish standards for future dedicated M&A Integration teams as Lawhive expands in the US.
