About The Position
Founded in the 1970’s, we are a full-service law firm with 150 attorneys across 6 states. The Associate will work on a mix of M&A transactions representing both buyers and sellers, including private equity and strategic transactions, along with general transactional and corporate matters.

Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in M&A transactions
- Draft and negotiate corporate documents
- Advise on general corporate matters
- Interact directly with clients, including founders, portfolio company executives, sponsors, and family offices.
