T. Rowe Price’s Corporate Strategy team is responsible for helping shape the firm’s long-term direction by identifying, evaluating, and advancing the strategic priorities that support sustained growth, profitability, and competitive differentiation. The team partners closely with executive leadership and business leaders across the firm to assess market developments, evaluate strategic options, and support enterprise decision-making. This includes work related to corporate strategy development, strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and the evaluation and execution of inorganic growth opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to play a key role in supporting the evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and other growth opportunities across the firm. This individual will work closely with the Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, senior leaders across Global Strategy, business units, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to help identify, assess, and execute transactions that advance the firm’s long-term strategic objectives. In addition to transaction-related work, this role will contribute to broader strategic initiatives across the Global Strategy team, supporting enterprise priorities through rigorous analysis, structured problem solving, strategic planning support, and executive-level communications. The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, financial and valuation expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. This position offers meaningful exposure to senior executives and a unique opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of corporate strategy, financial analysis, and transaction execution within a leading global asset manager.
