About The Position

The M&A Analyst liaises with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and/or business systems. Understands business challenges related to people, processes, and/or technology and translates them into process solutions.

Requirements

• Background in Analyst work
• 2- 5 years of M&A experience preferred
• Title experience highly preferred
• Technology background preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, design and develop effective solutions with minimal supervision while working with the business
• Understand overall business operations and help to develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements
• Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
• Interprets internal/external business environment
• Recommends best practices to improve processes or services
• Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives
• Communicate difficult concepts to learn to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products
• May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
• Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management
• Define and document process flows, mockups, user stories, and business rules for team alignment
• Recommend and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
• Align solutions with organizational goals by partnering with business and IT teams
• Develop technical specifications and collaborate with development and QA teams for accurate implementation
• Manage end-to-end UAT, including planning, execution, and validation
• Create training strategies and documentation to support system adoption
• Oversee deliverables, timelines, and status reporting for assigned initiatives
• Analyze data to generate insights influencing business decisions and continuous improvement
• Contribute to system governance by developing standards and best practices
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth
