HCVT’s Advisory team partners with business owners, private equity firms, and corporate management teams to navigate complex transactions and strategic decisions. We provide end-to-end support across the transaction lifecycle, including strategic alternatives analysis, financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation support for both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Our team works closely with clients to evaluate potential acquisitions or divestitures, analyze transaction economics and synergies, and prepare financial analyses that inform key investment decisions. By combining deep accounting and finance expertise with rigorous market and valuation analysis, we help clients mitigate risk, maximize value, and execute transactions with confidence. As an M&A Advisory Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to middle-market buy-side and sell-side transactions across the full M&A lifecycle, from initial evaluation through deal execution and close. Interns work directly with experienced professionals on live client engagements, contributing to financial analyses, valuation work, and transaction deliverables that support real investment and strategic decisions. This role is designed for students who are intellectually curious, analytically strong, and eager to develop a deep understanding of how transactions are evaluated, structured, and executed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
