Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License – State of Texas
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for supporting individuals with disabilities
- Commitment to professional standards, teamwork, and compassionate care
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of LVN experience (preferred within the last 3 years)
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders
- Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs
- Observe, document, and report health conditions and medication responses
- Support individuals during medical appointments and emergencies
- Provide training and guidance to direct support staff on health protocols
- Collaborate with RNs, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with all applicable nursing standards and agency policies
