Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LVN; 6 months of home care experience is preferred.
- Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse license in the state(s) of employment.
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse license required upon hire.
- Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required upon request.
Nice To Haves
- 6 months of home care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
