About The Position
We are hiring an LVN Shift Care Nurse to provide one-on-one, personalized in-home nursing care. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to spend quality time with a patient in a comfortable home setting, rather than experiencing a rushed facility shift. The position involves caring for a male patient with a G-tube, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Requirements
- Active LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassion, professionalism, reliability

Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on nursing care in the patient’s home
- Monitor vitals, manage medications, and follow the care plan
- Provide comfort, safety, and support to the patient and family
- Document care accurately and promptly
