Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) We are currently seeking PRN LVN/RNs to join our team! West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful 125-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility tucked away on a beautiful private land preserve right off Slaughter/Brodie!! Skilled Nursing Professionals supports over 250 contracted post-acute facilities across the country. We provide recruiting services to these locations, in addition to other services, including educational and legal support. Requirements

• LVN License is required.
• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LVN OR RN LICENSE.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
