About The Position

The LVN - Psych will work with IEHP patients who have a mental health or substance abuse history, providing therapeutic interventions and resources as part of an active Enhanced Care Management program. The LVN will work alongside an RN, a coordinator, and a Community Health Worker. This traveler position is located in Upland, California, and is scheduled for an eight-week assignment from November 2, 2026, through January 2, 2027. The shift is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $40–$43 per hour. Precision Scans is an equal-opportunity employer committed to cultural diversity. Requirements

Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
At least two years of experience in psych.
Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities
