The position is full-time, with a compensation range of $29.16 - $41.57 per hour, with 13 pay increments to recognize up to 30 years of experience.

Requirements

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of practice
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.
Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.
Contribute to the enhancement of the behavioral health program by providing insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.
