Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. Requirements
- Current, active California LVN or RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Experience with PCC preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and medication administration.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
- Supervise CNAs and nursing support staff.
- Complete accurate and timely charting/documentation.
- Carry out physician orders and coordinate resident care plans.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
