Requirements
- Must hold a current Nursing (RN or LVN) license valid in the State of Texas and be in good standing with the Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Physical & sensory abilities commensurate with position to include but not limited to frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
Nice To Haves
- San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Experience with Geriatric nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow established facility policies and procedures to provide treatment to residents in accordance with physicians’ orders.
- Provide emergency care to residents when necessary.
- Requisition adequate supplies to provide treatment to residents.
- Participate in supervision of care provided to residents.
- Other duties as assigned.
