About The Position

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care. Lagos Crisis Residential Facility provides a peer-to-peer, community-based, recovery-oriented alternative to hospitalization. The 16-bed program offers short-stay residential services to adults ages 18-59 who have severe and persistent mental health issues and need an intensive level of support but do not require treatment in a locked program. Assessments, individual and group therapy, and person-centered counseling and training are provided in a supportive, home-like environment to assist clients in living successfully in community.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure
