About The Position

Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an outpatient clinic setting. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic and active CA LVN licensure. The position also requires BLS certification (AHA or ARC only), IV and Blood withdrawal certifications, and must be up-to-date with the flu vaccine (no exemptions). Proficiency in EKG, Phlebotomy, and IV Starts is essential, along with experience using EPIC. This is a full-time position with no weekend requirements, but the nurse must be willing to float as needed. Active licensure is mandatory at the time of submission, and no scheduling requests can be accommodated.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Active CA LVN license.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).
• IV and Blood withdrawal certifications.
• Proficiency in EKG, Phlebotomy, and IV Starts.
• Experience with EPIC.
• Must have received the flu vaccine (no exemptions).

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as an LVN/LPN in an outpatient clinic.
• Administer IVs and perform blood withdrawals.
• Conduct EKGs.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Initiate IV starts.
• Float to other areas as needed.
• Administer flu vaccines.
