LVN / LPN - Outpatient Clinic
About The Position
Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an outpatient clinic setting. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic. The nurse must possess a California LVN license and hold certifications in BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV, and Blood withdrawal. Special requirements include proficiency in EKG, Phlebotomy, and IV Starts, with experience in EPIC being a requirement. This position does not require weekend work, but floating to other areas as needed is a requirement. Active licenses are mandatory at the time of submission, and no scheduling requests can be accommodated.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- California LVN license
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
- IV certification
- Blood withdrawal certification
- Experience with EKG
- Experience with Phlebotomy
- Experience with IV Starts
- Experience with EPIC
- Active CA LVN license at time of submission
