About The Position

This position is for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an outpatient clinic setting. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient environment. The nurse must be proficient in venipuncture, drawing 1-5 vials of blood per patient in a high-volume clinic that sees over 100 patients per day with 15 providers. The position is located at 12746 W. Jefferson Blvd. Playa Vista, CA, with floating required to Culver City.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting
• Active CA LVN license
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• IV certification
• Blood withdrawal certification
• Recent experience/expertise with venipuncture

Responsibilities

• Draw 1-5 vials of blood from every patient in a high-volume clinic (100+ patients per day/15 providers)
• Float to Culver City as needed
