About The Position
A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN for a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical teams, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Active LVN/LPN License (PA)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LVN/LPN
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) required
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients’ overall health and report any concerns to physicians
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, wound care, and nutrition
- Perform blood draws and collect specimens for diagnostic testing
