Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN License
• Minimum 1 Year of Nursing Experience
• Long Term Care (LTC) Experience Required
• BLS Certification Required
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
• Flu Vaccine: Required (No Exemptions)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Behavioral Health conditions including Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Congenital/Developmental Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Suicidal Behaviors, Trauma & Stressor-Related Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Long Term Care (LTC) nursing duties
• Blood Glucose Monitoring & Testing
• Medication Administration (Oral, IM & SQ Injections, Subcutaneous)
• Experience with Any Charting System
• Physical Hold Protocols
• Psychoeducation
• Seclusion Protocols & Procedures
