Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED and graduate of an accredited nursing program; NCLEX-PN required
  • Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross, in-person)
  • 1+ year of LPN/LVN experience (inpatient or outpatient) within the past 24 months
  • Active, unrestricted LPN license in any U.S. state
  • IV therapy training required
  • STABLE and NRP required for infant care (training provided if needed)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient care in outpatient clinic settings as assigned
  • Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and care provided
  • Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
  • Assist with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing
  • Recognize and respond to urgent/emergent situations
  • Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans
  • Support clinic operations, including meetings and team collaboration
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, TJC, AAAHC, and Air Force standards
  • Utilize basic computer systems and documentation tools
  • Participate in training, safety protocols, and professional development
