About The Position
The LVN / LPN Case Manager works remotely from California and must attend trainings in Los Angeles and pick up equipment. Work experience in workers’ compensation case management is required. The role requires an active California LVN license at the time of submission and Epic experience. The schedule is five 8-hour shifts per week, with weekend work required. No floating or on-call work is required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of case management experience.
- Workers’ compensation experience is required, including experience with workers’ compensation case management.
- Active California LVN license at the time of submission; pending licenses are not accepted.
- BLS certification.
- Flu vaccine required; exemptions and declinations are not accepted.
- Epic experience.
- Must be located in California.
- Must attend trainings in Los Angeles and pick up equipment.
