About The Position

Cheer Health Care is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team and provide high-quality skilled care to elderly and disabled clients. Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• 1 year of experience as a licensed vocational nurse
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Valid California drivers license and car insurance
• Cell phone with internet access

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers
• Education on client's diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding
• Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions
• Highly organized at providing and documenting care
